Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting and fulfilling all procurement needs of the Customer from end to end perspective.
Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers.
Responsible for sharing quotes to customers.
Responsible for Renewal management.
Responsible for Order processing.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Publisher and distributors.
Responsible for negotiations with publishers and distributors.
Research to find all relevant information required to complete tasks.
Communicates in a timely and effective manner via emails, daily reports and reminders
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames as an individual contributor in the process.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Basic license knowledge
Good Typing Speed
Multitasking
Flexible
End to End Procurement knowledge
Additional Language knowledge would be an added advantage
Solid computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Education Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
Excellent English written & verbal Skills
2 – 4 years experience in software industry
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent Excel Skills
Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills
Ability to analyze information with attention to details.
Ability to work in a fast – paced team environment.
Ability to research multiple sources to find data.
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Ability to multi – task and be well organized.
Exp Required: 2+ Yrs.
