As a member of the development team,
– Manage qualitative & quantitative analysis of Vichara’s Real Estate Analysis products.
– Lead Test cases development and performing UAT
– Quality Assurance of financial data gathered from documents
Required Candidate profile
4+ yrs of relevant exp as a BA.
Strong understanding of Real Estate, commercial mortgages and Fixed Income, Hedge Fund, Expense Allocation
CFA/ FRM is preferred. else MBA from top school
