Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities :
– Document and map all business processes, needs, flows and diagrams.
– Analyze and perform a functional feasibility study on various Insurance business processes
– Validate existing and/or new initiatives for reusability concept, reconfiguration, etc.
– Write reports, document and present analysis, project status, risks and issues.
– Expert in creating proposals, RFP, bidding, estimation etc for new opportunities
– Budget, Plan, Run and Track the Pre-Sales Function
– Act as a key interface between teams
– Develop and prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and functional assessment reports.
– Identify tasks and interrelationships to evaluate functional and cross-functional requirements.
– Research on existing systems and procedures and make changes and improvise wherever necessary.
– Recommend solutions to identified problems.
– Assist and ensure delivery of projects on time and within the budget.
What you’ll bring to the team :
– 8 – 11 years of experience in Business Analyst role
– Minimum 3+ years of experience of specialization in P&C Insurance
– P&C Insurance Development background having a strong understanding of software systems in Insurance Domain
– Good to have knowledge of MSBI, SQL, BI Projects
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Understanding of complex information and requirements.
– Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.
– Great IT skills combined with a good head for business.
