JD :
– Advise business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to guide strategy and measure outcomes
– Work cross-functionally with the marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams in analyzing a multitude of segments and uncovering actionable insights
– Use data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Google Analytics, internal transaction data, etc.) to identify trends, forecast revenue impact, and highlight opportunities for new initiatives
– Run statistical analysis and create predictive models
– Report and understand business performance; identify ideas for improvement
– Perform SQL-DBA tasks as required
What you have :
– 7+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics including fluency using SQL to extract data and Excel to manipulate it
– Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ mathematics /statistics /data science or equivalent experience preferred
– Proven expertise with data processing, statistical and analytical skills
– Ability to develop and support automation, visualize, analyze, and communicate reporting to management
– Focused, flexible, and a quick learner
– Prior experience working with different groups within the organization including Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, etc.
Bonus points- Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
