BA/SBA-SAS support Team
Role Description:
To supports a US based Utility client in Marketing Analytics in terms of Campaigns, Acquisition, Retention and Grievance Management
This individual must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate leadership skills, goal-and results-driven work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility to run and manage the regular reports.
– Run regular daily/ weekly/ monthly reports
– Carry out report modification / report enhancement /new report development
– Carry out automation and process improvement
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications/Skills
– Minimum 3 year reporting/ MIS/ automation experience. Any domain is fine
– Proficient in SAS, SQL and Excel
– Good articulation and communication skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
– Knowledge and experience in the utility domain would be a plus
