Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interacting with clients to elicit requirements
- Clean, concise requirements documentation and delivery
- Managing features backlog
- Managing sprint completion and delivery
- Business user testing.
Technical Skills :
- A bachelors degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.
- Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC
- Sound understanding of the fundamental technicalities of the software development
- Sound knowledge of standard features and best practices for web and mobile applications.
- A keen eye for UI/UX standards
- Practical understanding of and hands-on experience with design and testing for usability and user acceptance
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus – Especially US healthcare
- Accustomed to using a variety of tools for documentation, collaboration and project management tasks
