Roles and Responsibilities
US healthcare+Oracle+Supplychain
Job Description :
– Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
– Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
– Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
– Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
– Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
– Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
– Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
– Track KPIs and report on supply chains performance
Eligibility Criteria :
– Must possess prior experience in working for US Supply chain Analytics
– Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
– Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management)
– Good command over English Language and communication skills is a must
– Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team/ Project Manager
– Timely and accurate reporting to the stakeholders
– Should be flexible to work in US shift timings (5 pm to 2 am IST)
Competencies Required :
– Hand on knowledge on Microstrategy BI tool or any other BI tool like Power BI, Tableau etc.
– Working knowledge of SQL server or Oracle DB management
– Ability to work in a continually changing environment
– Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
– Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement
