Job Description :
Functional Responsibility :
– Understand the existing risk management framework of client and ensure a comprehensive gap analysis of the framework
– Develop solutions/ recommendations based on the analysis
– Lead the product implementation cycle end to end
– Responsible for translation of requirements into specifications for the software development by the development team
– Ensure testing of the new developments/ new products are planned and executed as per the SLA agreed with the client
– Understand the changing landscapes and conceptualize new enhancements in existing products in line with the market/client requirements.
Process Adherence :
– Review the initial and ongoing development of products
– Client Management / Stakeholder Management
– Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively
Required Candidate profile
Essential Qualification : MBA (Finance)/ B.Tech/Graduate/Professional Accounting qualification
Experience : 2 -4 years
– Preference will be given to candidates who are having experience of working in a rating company or have worked in the credit/risk management team of a Bank or a product/ ITES company catering to BFSI
– Experience of using some of the origination systems or Rating Assessment Model (Crisil’s RAM/CRE, Moody- s, ICRA, etc.)is preferable.
Skills / Qualities Required :
– Good understanding of the entire credit process from origination till monitoring for corporate and retail banking (preferably both or at least corporate) with in-depth exposure to one or more stages of the process
– Good understanding of various banking products (both corporate and retail)
– Understanding of Basel norms/IFRS9 in credit risk management in Banks / FIs with a background in IT/ Business Analyst role preferred
– Strong product conceptualization and designing skills
– Strong project management capabilities
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines
– Flexibility to work on areas other than area of expertise if situation demands
– Should be willing to travel and open to short-duration stays at on-site locations both in India and abroad
