Job Title : Sr Business Analyst
Mandatory Skills : Supply chain BA with experience in life sciences/pharma and involved in technology implementations
Job Description :
– Plan/lead and/or support assessments in collaboration with the business to determine scope, requirements and implementation strategy
– Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, anticipating and analyzing User Requirements
– Lead and/or support RFI/RFP submissions for selection of technology enablers to support business capabilities (for ex, CMO collaboration platform)
– Providing oversight, guidance and reviews to ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
– Support demand intake and prioritization/categorization of new initiatives/changes to ensure a successful outcome in partnership with business
– Contribute and work with delivery organization to gather Resource ROM/LOE, vendor readiness, contract readiness, GxP/SOX assessment
– Support determination of value realization within initiatives and projects.
– Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and management
– Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
– Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams
– Managing competing resources and priorities
– Staying up-to-date on the latest process, industry standards, best practices and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
