Roles and Responsibilities
- To meet the turnaround time of Material Master (MM) process in share point as per agreed target Turn Around Time (Material Master, Source List and Purchase Info Record)
- To monitor and control all aspects of the Material Master process
- To assist the Customer Service Representative CSR in creating request in share point
- To coordinate the expedite process between customer service and manufacturing plants and assist in creating reports
- To undertake other duties as requested by Management, which are considered to be within the competence of the Post Holder
- Ensure to meet the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Analytical skills in the current assigned role
- To support the allocation process in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement processes and automation projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- To Process all MM related report activities and send to stakeholders
- Collects and assesses data related to the production and team’s performance and Prepares reports around production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 + yrs of Experience in SAP MM as an End User
- Experience into Material Creation, MRP, Extension, PIR, Source List, Data Governance
- Supply Chain Management Background.
- Minimum Graduation Required.
