Roles and Responsibilities
This role is an individual contributor role as part of our Analytic team
The analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Business Intelligence (BI) reports, Excel Reports and other tools (Internal and external) working with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, IT and Ops
Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
Translate business requirements from potentially multiple data sources into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards
Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team such as HR, Finance and IT
Provide assistance and cross training to other team members, for the generation of Ad hoc reports
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ years of experience in creating reports & making complex dashboard showing organization KPIs
Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Excellent in Excel, Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, Macros, automation
Experience in extracting data from Excel, Access
Experience with data imports and exports w/auditing
Must have experience in SQL (6 month min)
