– Atleast 1-2 yr experience in Analytics
– Ability to grasp nuances of business quickly
– Experience in business requirements gathering
– Ability to problem solve and break down complex problem into solvable pieces
– Ability to deliver quick and accurate results for each analysis/task
– Excellent communication skills
– Experienced in data management, data analysis, data extraction
– Ability to do work within tight timelines
Skills Matrix-
– Strong Analytics Background (Modelling experience is preferrable, but not mandatory)
– Atleast 1 yr experience in Python (must)
– Strong in MS-Excel, preferrably VBA
– Strong in SAS
– Strong in Powerpoint
– Tableau, Hive experience preferrable
– Willing to work out of client location
– Flexible to work in US timings
