Job Specification – Python Developer (MEAS team)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Python developer responsible for building applications that may range from desktop applications to Hardware in Loop. Your primary responsibility shall include image pre-processing, Socket programming, back-end glue logic / web interface and Tool SW Development.

Relevant Experience Required:

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in Python for Development & Testing
2. Experience in hardware in Loop Environment
3. Successful track record and experience in developing software independently
4. Experience in developing different level of automation testing using python
5. Experience in working with Linux Platform (Development, Build and Deployment)
6. Experience in working in Agile Scrum environment
7. Automotive domain is preferred

Skill Requirements:

0. Strong in Python Programming
1. Experience in developing application using python Django
2. Experience in developing automation framework using python
3. Experience in developing, simulating & Testing with Ethernet, USB and CAN interfaces
4. Experience working in HIL Environment (preferred in Automotive Domain)
5. Good knowledge of Test driven development (Unit, Component, Coverity & integration testing )
6. Experience working in Linux environment
7. Software development lifecycle experience
8. Experience in administrating the tool Jira.
9. Experience in software development projects in the agile environment (SCRUM)
10. Experience working with CAPL Script (Nice to Have)
11. Excellent Communication and Team work skills
