Job Location: Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.
- Effectively use tools to manipulate large-scale databases, synthesizing data insights.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Research and apply a range of data science methodologies and machine learning models to complex business problems.
- Work end to end on data science projects from analytical design to implementation.
- Articulate complex data science models to business teams and present the insights in easily understandable and innovative formats.
- Hands on in handling large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
- Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes to new and existing data sources
Who are we looking for:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst Experience, Understanding of machine-learning and operations research.
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL, etc.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Good knowledge of querying SQL & No SQL databases.
- Experience building large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines with open source data processing frameworks like Spark or Storm.
- Experience in developing & deploying the end-to-end data science pipeline into production.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
What You Need To Make Real What Matters:
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical).
- You need to be an engineering graduate with 4-8 years of experience in design and development.
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis with significant hands-on experience in AI / Data Science.
- You should have ability to work as an individual contributor (IC role).
