Enable key business and technology solutions within Windchill Product Team through continuously improving Windchill Product Team efforts project delivery and ongoing maintenance activities.
End-to-end responsibility for solution delivery and operations requirements design construct test implement and support core business and technology functions
Interface with business customers to gather requirements and define develop solutions meeting business requirements and IT architectural and development standards

Maintain ongoing collaborative working relationship with business partners IT services (database data center servers desktop networking security) and software vendors
Accountable for issue resolution including diagnosis of problem recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
Stay current on new relevant PLM and peripheral technologies
Create and maintain all required IT functional and technical documentation
