Job Description

Site Engineer is the one who inspects the site and meet the project goals
by carrying out pre-designed operations, executions by following health and
safety standards, supervising crew members, compiling reports for different
stakeholders as per the outlined criteria set by company.

Objective: Track and achieve Scope, Cost, Quality & Timeframe goals of the
project by effectively optimizing allocated project resources. Contribute to
promote business growth and expand company’s’ clientele.

Responsibility deliverables:
Inspection:
1. Conducting inspections, detailed diagnosis, assessment of prospects pass
on by sales person (CSE) as per the norms set by company.

2. Find the solutions to the problems identified on site in line to customers
requirement and budget.

3. Pass on the relevant data and inputs to sales person (CSE) for preparing
best possible proposal for client.

4. Accompany CSE during final discussion, meeting with prospect in order to
zeroed down the gap between what’s being promised VS what is being
delivered to customer and convert prospect into client.

Execution:
1. Comprehend the project plan received from CSE and make arrangement
for execution.

2. Maintaining crew members work results by counselling and discipling
employees for smooth and uninterrupted execution of the project as per
the project planning that should reduce the gap between planned VS
actual delivery with confidence interval of 20.

3. Perform informing activities to various stakeholders such as daily site
report, material consumption report, site closures/audit report to CSE, daily project updates to client.

4. Produce relevant data to management or data analyst for cost
optimization analysis.

6. Repair ratio during warranty period

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
