Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description/ KRA :
- Market Research & Outbound Voice Process
- Accountable for smooth flow of operations
- To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps
- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
- To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence
- Ensure the professional and ethical conduct of team members
- Abide by companies and clients Information Security policies.
- Prospect Database Development
- Internet Research based calling and Verification
- List Management on MS Excel Sheet
Key Skills
English Communication, Client dealing, BPO or KPO experience, Tele Support Customer
Required Experience and Qualifications
Skill Sets :
- Fresher with good communication are also welcome
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Min 2+ Years of Call Center Experience
- Time Management
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well in and promote a team environment
- Excellent understanding
- Quality focus
- Proficiency in Internet and MS Office
- Basic MS Excel knowledge such as applying basic formulas, sorting data, filtering data etc.
- Prior experience in telemarketing & analytic will be an added advantage. Night Shift job role.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Any) & Technical Background preferable
Experience:
- 2– 4 yrs
