Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

‘Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning:
a) Cognitive AI Applications & Chatbots
b) Full stack development & product Management (Web, Mobile): Hardcore Full Stack Data Scientist with end to end single-handed multi hat role to work on building an AI Conversation Voice Chatbot, NLP, NLU, Multilingual, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech and Speech to Text Conversion, Audio/Video analytics, Facial Recognition, Eye Tracking, ANN, CNN, RNN, deep learning to solve the specific complex problem in Auto sector as single-handed doer or in a small Data Science Team with full end to end ownership of delivery
c) Machine Learning – Classification and prediction for intuitive results at scale. Strong experience in Deep Learning Algorithms. Needs to have statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling as well as business strategy skills to build the algorithms necessary to ask the right questions and find the right answers.
d) Technical architect & solution design expertise having a good understanding of design & architecture principles. Act as Cloud micro services architect.
Statistical Data Modelling, Big Data:
a) Recommend appropriate searching and indexing methods
b) Use big data tools and platforms to access data and run models
c) Big Data: Remove constraints on volume, variety and velocity of data
d) Data Modelling:Identifying factors and relationships to make predictions for competitive advantage
Data Management and Insighting:
a) Data sourcing, integration, scaling and optimization. Ensure provenance and hygiene of data for reliable, trusted data insightings.
b) Clean data through statistical approaches, such as identifying outliers and transform data into machine-readable formats
c) Optimize performance of database queries/schema (basics such as adding indices etc.), processing unstructured data (text, voice, image)
d) Cleaning data, formatting data, Having the ability to query databases & perform statistical analysis, build AI Data Modelling, validating the AI Model and deployment
Data Visualisation & Story Boards
a) Communication of insights that can guide actionable results through impactful insighting, story telling, data visualisation. Present storyboards using dashboards, illustrate entity relationships graphically. Need to be able to communicate their findings, orally and visually
Business Understanding and Project Management:
a) Use subject matter knowledge in the areas of business opertations (HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing etc.) in order to understanding business requirement effectively. Manages projects effectively ensuring objectives, deadlines and budgets are met by team members under own control.

Preferred Industries

General Experience

• 7 to 10 years of strong experience in applied AI ML & Deep Learning Data Science
• End to end single-handed hands-on full-stack Principal Data Scientist / Sr. Data Scientist.
• Hardcore in ANN /Deep Learning /Machine Learning/NLP with at least 10-20 good Applied AI-oriented Applied Research Projects & Industry Projects applications

Education Qualification

Graduation / Post Graduation in Quantitative Area + Management Degree (preferred) – B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE / Electrical / Electronics & Communication/ Maths & Computing /Statistics /BioTech/BioStat / Clinical Engineering in Data Science / Machine Learning from Top-rated University.

Critical Experience

1) Confident and self-secure as they more often than not will have to deal with situations where there is a lot unknown.
2) Good knowledge & experience in Artificial Neural Network ( ANN ), AI conversational Chatbot & Needs to be able to write the required Algorithm and coding programming. Preferably in different programming languages such as Python (highly fluent), Tensor Flow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), Numpy, Pytorch.
3) Full stackdevelopment of Rest APIs and Integration
4) Familiar with AI disciplines in Natural Language Processing, Machine learning, Conceptual modelling, Statistical analysis, Predictive modelling, Hypothesis testing. -experience working on building an AI Conversation Voice Chatbot, NLP, NLU, Multilingual, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech and Speech to Text Conversion, Audio/Video analytics, Facial Recognition, Eye Tracking, – ANN, CNN, RNN, deep learning
4) Working on linux servers, using AWS/GCP services. Hands on expereince in AWS services like EC2, S3.
5) Candidate must have handled a broad variety of projects especially in business functions as mentioned in JD
6) Knowledge of Machine Learning, R, SAS, Python
7) Knowledge of Data Engineering Tools – MS Sequel, SQL, Oracle
8) Exposure to cloud analytics solutions and library, varioud data visualisation tools
9) Experience of handling a team for project delivery
