- Understand Monitoring & Operations landscape
- Learn and stay at the state of the art on cloud run practices
[Create]
- Continuously improve Cloud Operations (process, procedures, operations)
[Produce]
- Identify Reliability and Security Risks and propose mitigation action plan
- Deploy Cloud Services in Production
- Execute Cloud Upgrades as per 3DS master schedule and continuous delivery requests
[Use]
- Execute 24×7 Cloud Operations to ensure reliability, performance and quality of 3DS Cloud Services
- Support On Call rotation & shifts
- Open the relevant incidents to the Service Manager in case of impacting production issues
- Open the relevant incidents to the Service Manager in case of incorrect procedures, and validate correction
- Open the relevant incidents to the IaaS partners in case of impacting production issues
- Support cloud budget execution by monitoring and controlling resources consumption
- Support Production Incident Response Process & Operations (war room)
- Support Security Incident Response Process & Operations
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) working with Service Manager, IaaS Provider,
