Description
- Minimum 4 years of design or development experience with Tableau, including dashboards, reports, and/or front-end visualizations
- Ability to conceptualize and build dashboards that are simple, visually appealing, yet showcase a powerful story using Tableau Software
- Solid grasp of data visualization fundamentals with ability to Understanding of various data aggregation techniques, analysis, blending, Tableau Charts, Graphs etc.
- Consistent track record of performance tuning, handling data issues at Tableau level
- Good verbal and written communications skills with experience in relating complex concepts to non-technical users
- The Developer will work with team members to conduct data and dashboard quality assurance throughout the design, as well as organize analysis findings into logical presentations and present analytic results.
- In depth knowledge on level of detail expressions, actions, parameters, calculated fields in Tableau Visualizations.
- Become the expert for Tableau server administration.
- Add users in Tableau Server
- Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections
- Create/Modify/Manage server task schedules
- Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements
- Upgrade server software
- Provide Tableau support to users
- Good to have domain knowledge in Governance, Risk and Compliance procedures
