Job Purpose:
Do competition benchmarking and analysis to evaluate and execute new solutions for Digital Platforms.
Define and enhance the product road-map for Platform solutions for authentication, registration, login and other key journeys on our app
Analyze data and customer journeys to suggest improvements and reduce drop-offs
Roles & Responsibilities:

`- Analysis of Internet and Mobile Banking customer usage
- Competition benchmarking and preparing a detailed report month on month for senior management
- Data Analysis of Transactions done through digital channels in comparison to offline channels.
- Publishing daily metric for digital channel usage and Transactions like Add funds
- Responsible for forecasting the number of Transactions in the next month for digital channels and the cost incurred
- Tracking of number of online accounts opened and preparing a trend for the next month
- Monthly creation of report for senior management for trend Analysis on channel usage and activities and improvements planned
- Regulatory Data preparation and timely submission of Regulatory reports to the relevant teams including RBI
Access the App Store and Android Store for number of App downloads and customer queries
- Liaise with the relevant team for closure of App related feedback on the Store
- Responsible for handling Push notifications on the Mobile App, the target customer set and Liaising with the IT team for releasing the notifications to the end user
- Manage users on Android and Apple Store for addition of CUG members and track closure of relevant issues reported as part of every release.
- Liaise with the Third party vendors on usage of services like Door step Banking and resolving Data related disputes
- Submit analysis of m-commerce Transactions enabled on the Application which would include Tracking customer usage, number of Transactions, amount and commission earned on the Transactions
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Own end to end data analysis and reporting for platform squad
