Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who develop MSSQL queries/ stored procedures and ETL knowledge based on the requirements and who should be able to contribute individually and hold responsibility for the deliverable

• Ability to analyse and design developments as per the requirements
• Need to be autonomous and able to organize your work depending on the priorities
• Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new developments
• Ability to adapt the new technologies
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices & Status Reporting to Team Lead
• Should be able to take a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team and able to analyse and resolve technical and application problems
• Flexible to work in UK shifts

Experience

• Experience in Microsoft SQL server 2016 or higher versions
• Very Good knowledge in SQL
• Very Good knowledge in MSBI products like SSIS and SSRS
• Writing Quality SQL Server stored procedures in an application development environment
• Design database tables, views, indexes, functions, CTE using SQL and good experience with
• Stored Procedures and Functions to derive the business logic
• Good in Query optimization for performance improvement
• Good to have basic DBA skills like Data modelling and database design, Backup and

recovery, Data security and general DB management

• Good to have the experience with Azure managed SQL instances
• Good to have Graph database, NOSQL Databases knowledge
• Experience in writing test cases and executing tests
• Experience in Code versioning tools

Required Soft Skills

• Demonstrate drive, determination, enthusiasm, and an ability to work effectively in a team
• Exhibit ability to solve problems efficiently
• Should be dedicated, self-disciplined, proactive, follow deadlines and able to work

independently

Should have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
