Role and responsibilities
- Prepare technical reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
- Support leadership on the presales process due diligence
- Work with senior management, departmental experts, and business managers to understand business issues and recommend solutions
- Customize reports and dashboards to meet specific client requirements and context.
- Create an informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting mechanism that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and achieve an improved dashboarding process by contributing to process improvement efforts
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, writing Macros, SQL queries
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL language, and database management is preferred
- High attention to detail and quality of deliverables
- Understanding of requirements, responsibility and follow through with objectives to meet all crucial deadlines;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders at one time
