Roles and Responsibilities

As a BA, you should be able to identify problems and opportunities within Shipping (inbound & outbound) business and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business’ goals.

You will be part of our Global SaaS Platform Team. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

The Job

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Work with business and engineering stakeholders, for crisp requirement gatherings,

documenting requirements.

• Coordinate among engineering teams for aligned feature implementations.
• Coordinate within Engineering Team for Day-to-Day activities

Desired Candidate Profile

This role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in requirement gatherings for SaaS products
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail and Organizational skills
• Hands on Experience in JIRA

Good to have

• Experience in Shipping Domain

Qualification & work experience

• PG(Diploma)/ Degree in Business Studies, M.B.A
