Responsibilities: ‘

 

Interacting with the client (internal or external) to understand their problems and work on solutions that address the client needs Driving projects and work closely with a team of individuals to ensure proper requirements are identified, useful user stories are created, work is planned logically and efficiently to deliver solutions that support changing business requirements

 

Managing the various activities within the team, strategizing how to approach tasks, distribute information to the various team members, and structure various tasks performed by the members of the team

 

Conductingmeetings, document, and communicate findings effectively to clients, management and cross-functional teams Creating Ad-hoc report for multiple internal requests across departments Automating the process using data transformation tools

 

Prerequisites: Strong analytical problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

 

Proficient in at least one of the Statistical tools (i.e., R, Python) Advance knowledge of the DBMS and Data Warehouse concepts, i.e., ETL, advanced querying, using one of the tools like SQL, NoSQL, HIVE, etc.

Good level of expertise in MS-Excel and Macro Understanding of at least one of the visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, etc.

 

Team handling and client communication experience would be preferred Experience in the financial services domain will be an added plus Experience in cloud technologies would be highly preferred

Experience: 3-4 years Education: Any Graduate/MBA in Analytics
