Required Qualification:
- Graduation is a must with a minimum of 2 + years of relevant experience (FULL time on papers) in the IT domain strictly.
Position reports to Manager, Business Analyst
Required Skillset:
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst
- About 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in liaising with international clients in gathering requirements and working closely with the in-house team to have the desired product developed
- Thorough knowledge in writing RDDs, Use-cases, Epics and User-stories
- Conduct UATs
- Ability to solve functional and technical issues independently
- Potential to foresee hurdles and tackle them effectively
- Must be able to arrive at the required results and present various channels as pro-con
- Overcome challenges in arriving at potential solutions 10. Handled U.S clientele and be willing to work in U.S timings
Good to have:
- Experience in handling U.S. Mortgage and Collections businesses
- Experience in understanding AS/400
- Experience in writing SQL queries
