Job Location: Chennai
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a detailed understanding of the current product offering and customer experience. Combine clinical trial knowledge and user input to document business requirements in a manner to effectively communicate with development Engineers so they can deliver intuitive solutions that fully meet user needs.
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and software engineering teams to refine requirements for development.
- Work with the product management team to categorize and organize the backlog across numerous categories.
- Work collaboratively with product management, engineering, services, and marketing team across numerous projects.
- Develop and test wireframe prototypes for new features as needed to support user experience best practices.
- Review incremental deliverables from software engineering, present prototypes to stakeholders, and provide feedback.
- Participate in agile methodology meetings including daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Develop and work with qualified engineers for the preparation of release notes.
- Compile, update and communicate comprehensive competitive intelligence research for Prevail-related products.
- Develop comprehensive user personas and support key use case development through user interviews, observations, and industry knowledge and research.
QUALIFICATIONS
- We evaluate and qualify applicants based on their ability to demonstrate.
- 2+ years of professional experience in the life science technology industry, particularly clinical trials are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with existing clinical trial software such as IWR, EDC, ePRO, Safety System.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent writing skills, able to convey complex ideas clear and simple.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting ideas to customers and internal leaders.
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst within a product management organization in addition to life science technology experience is preferred.
- Experience working in an agile delivery model is desirable.
- Experience conducting market research to gather data.
- User design input experience and interest would be an added advantage.
- Experience using JIRA is an added advantage.
