Strategy Analyst – for a new-age Real Estate Organization – Mumbai !
– They are looking to hire a young Business Analyst for their firm
The incumbent will be responsible for :
– To conceptualize and develop business initiatives/strategies to drive organizational business planning for new initiatives.
– Analyze the business performance from multiple aspects and present to leadership.
– Responsible for tracking key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.
– Collaborate with Strategy team to develop strategic initiatives using quantitative data for making decisions
– Collaborate with Stakeholder to create & improve workflows
– Provide critical insights & recommendations for new business development, new products and solutions, and/ or new market development
– Define and independently manage data collection and analysis of variety of key markets.
– Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate analysis
The ideal fit would be a candidate with :
– BE / CA / MBA from a reputed B-school
– 2 – 6 years of experience as a Strategy Analyst
– Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework
– Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
– Basic understanding of statistical modelling and tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS
– Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
