- Business analysis and software specification documentation
- Gap analysis, requirement gathering and preparing BRD
- Demonstrating the Products to the prospective customers
- Coordinating with Development and testing teams
- Client support and user training
- Use case diagrams, sequence diagrams
- User Acceptance Testing
- Good command over spoken and written English
- Organized and detail oriented
- Attending management status meetings

- A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
