You’ll be working in the FX OPS team in Pune Kharadi Location and will be working for a tier 1 settlement application in the FX settlement area for world class products across the globe.

We provide solutions and execution in a simple, intuitive and flexible way. This benefits our Corporate, Investment and Wealth Management clients. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play an important role in framing up business requirements for our applications right from setting up a new product to coming up with solution on manual touches & verifying the trade details in a F2B environment.

10+ years’ experience in handling business requirements and business flows, by liaising with multiple business stakeholders and having following exposure/experience –

• should have substantial experience with Requirement Management methodology is required, specifically requirements/testing traceability, creation of FSD/BRD, liaising with Business Stakeholders, working with dev & test teams on the requirement & tracking it to completion and project level reporting.
• should have full understanding of SDLC lifecycle including QA/Defect Lifecycle
• should have experience in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as Dev team, Testing team, Business Stakeholders etc.
• should have experience of working in an Agile work environment (including metrics like Burndown chart, Story points, Velocity etc) & with multiple scrum teams
• should have experience & substantial knowledge in Forex Trade Settlement Process in Investment Banking & familiar with various Payment/Confirmation systems and Swift messages.
• should have exposure to requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and test management tools such as XRAY, Quality Centre.
• should have exposure in Manual Testing and flexible to do testing as & when required.
• should have experience in Testing Methodologies & exposure to the types of testing such as Scrum Testing/Functional Testing etc.
• should have exposure to Test data creation & identification
• should have good communication & presentation skills
