We are hiring Senior Data Engineers, specialist in SQL Server with Hands on knowledge of Azure DF
Please note Kolkata candidates will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce database design and architecture
- Write clean, commented, scalable code using SQL, Stored Procs
- Test and deploy database applications and systems
- Manage and Maintain Databases
- Improve existing DBMSs
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on databases and provide technical support
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2-6 years as a Database Developer
- Experience with the Azure storage technologies (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure SQL Database)
- Knowledge of Azure data movement and transformation capabilities (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Analytics, Data Bricks, Stream Analytics)
- Good to have Spark and Scala Python experience
- Microsoft related certifications such as the MCSD/ MCSE – good to have
- Good communication Skills (Written and oral)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
