We are hiring a Business QA Analyst for one of our esteemed product-based client in the Bangalore Location.
Experience: 5 + years Manual testing, Tableau (knowledge)
1-2 into Reporting & Tableau
Shift Timing: 2 pm to 11 pm
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation skills to describe existing metrics (processes) and propose changes to data & process flow
- Working knowledge of and experience with – Tableau, Data Prep/BI tools.
- Experience in working with various data sources/data warehouse
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through are essential
- Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, as outlined
- Extensive experience and working knowledge in the testing of Business Systems, Reports, and Data
- Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment, and data profiling
- Familiarity with Sales practices and principles
- Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
- Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
Essential Functions:
- Understand and translate stakeholder requirements into test scenarios, and test cases.
- Tests reports and automated scorecards from various systems including the Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Support adhoc requests
- Engage with business owners to identify key causes behind data trends/irregularities
- Understanding of Sales processes, procedures, and internal controls
- Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation
