We are looking for a Business Analyst profile for our Global SaaS Shipping Platform. You ll be part of a cross-functional team that s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a BA, you should be able to identify problems and opportunities within Shipping (inbound outbound) business and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business goals.

The Job

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Work with business and engineering stakeholders, for crisp requirement gatherings,
• documenting requirements.
• Coordinate among engineering teams for aligned feature implementations.
• Coordinate within Engineering Team for Day-to-Day activities

Required Qualifications Skills

This role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:

Must have

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in requirement gatherings for SaaS products
• Strong Analytical background, preferably with Data mining
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail and Organizational skills
• Degree in Business studies, administration or relevant field
• Experience in JIRA
