Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs. Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Assurance Plan
• Assist Quality Manager in QMS initiatives (QMS Re-design, Global Certification program etc)
• Participate in certification audits
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
• Collect & collate Quality metrics, Perform data analysis and identify problem areas. Support teams in performing root cause analysis
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Responsible for conducting the Quality Reviews/Audits, Causal Analysis & project artifacts review as per the customer requirements
• Updating the QA manager on the status of the process compliance, process gaps, etc
• Conduct Process trainings for project teams and support groups
• Escalate the project issues to the delivery management meeting so as to resolve them
