Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
Create user stories from collated requirements by collaborating with internal and external
stakeholders to align the product design and development activities
Conduct grooming and ensure everyone in the team understands the user story and is aligned in the Sprint
Defines User Acceptance Criteria in the stories
Presents the system demos to users
Experience in JIRA, SNOW ticketing tools
Perform testing in the UAT phase along with business users.
Participate in daily stand up meeting
Handle first-level support tickets from a business perspective & coordinate with offshore
Experience in Agile process
Knowledge in DevOps process preferable
Knowledge in travel domain preferable
Experience working in any mainframe development project is preferable
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ideal candidates must have Green Card or valid H1B , L1
