Urgent Opening in Content Developer for Analyst Role.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and apply Instructional Design principles and methodologies to develop:
- Learning content for classroom and online trainings for globally located clients
- Performance support materials such as job aids and simulations
- Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, media and technology teams and other identified stakeholders to support iterations/improvements to the learning content for improved business outcomes.
Manage schedule, effort, and quality of individual deliverables
Experience (Preferable):
1-5 years of experience in one of the following: Training/Education, Journalism and Mass Communication, Corporate communications, Online content writing, Technical content writing
Key Competencies and Skills::
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess exceptional content writing skills
- Ability to understand technical/domain-specific content and structure it for a defined audience and objectives
- Be willing to be part of the Learning and Talent Development (Instruction Design) domain for long-term
- Be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel)
- Have working knowledge of authoring tools, such as Articulate StoryLine and Captivate(Desirable)
