Role Description
We are growing our center of excellence for corporate advisory & consulting; and are looking to recruit enthusiastic professionals with background in engineering, environmental sciences, economics, finance, and the social sector.
This position is for someone who will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a culturally diverse team. The primary focus of this role is to deliver expert consulting &
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) reporting services based on GIST’s impact valuation approach & product suite, emerging global reporting frameworks and compliance requirements.
Additional objectives include, collaborating with cross-functional team (research, sales, product,IT, etc.) to achieve strategic business objectives related to product development and adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualification, Skills and Mindset
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in ESG / sustainability consulting
Post-graduate in economics, engineering, environmental science, or related fields
Professional sustainability certifications (SCR, LCACP, FSA, etc.) preferred
Certified in at least one international reporting frameworks (GRI, , CDP, SASB, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of ESG metrics and stakeholder / social impact assessments
Ability to create detailed ESG roadmap and implementation strategies
Excellent domain awareness in climate change, sustainable policy, Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), etc.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficient in writing sector
reports, articles, and business insights
Proficient in Advanced Excel, SPSS, and other relevant statistical modelling software
Familiar with programming languages such as Python, R and SQL.
Demonstrated ability to design logic structures for complex problems
Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative
Creativity and strategic thinking to deliver insightful micro-analysis, as well as big-
picture reporting & strategy
