We Elevate… Your Responsibilities

• Support the Global Accounts Management (GAM) team based in several locations around the world to develop and grow business with Global Accounts
• Identify opportunities with existing and potential customers from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize, automate and present the GAM data for business analysis, review and management decisions
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) periodically through dashboards, reports and presentations
• Prepare, present and participate in periodic Business Reviews with the Customers along with the GAM team
• Analyse the strategic fit of current & new customers to be designated as Global Accounts
• Analyse market, customers & competition including main drivers and trends impacting Global Accounts
• Generate insights to grow revenues and profitability with Global Accounts
• Monitor the data related to the Global Accounts and Key Accounts in the CRM/SAP systems and work with the relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of data
• Generate insights from data to create action plans to enhance customer experience, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Proactively seek feedback to continuously improve the data quality, data collection and data analysis processes and tools

Candidate should have ;

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Maths, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering

• Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Data Analyst in a Sales and or business development focussed department/organization (in a multinational company is a plus)
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, MS Powerpoint
• Culturally sensitive, open minded, self-motivated and result oriented
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of flexibility (projects/matrix)
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
