Roles and Responsibilities
Data Scientists Risk / Marketing Analytics
1. 2-5 years of Experience in predictive data Modelling using ML Techniques
2. Experience in developing credit risk scorecards, collection models, income estimation models, Propensity Models, using traditional and/or alternate data for asset customers
3. Alternate data based Predictive Models
4. Deep understanding of Risk/Business Analytics domain in lending business . Understanding/Experience in developing end-to-end digital lending processes
5. Expertise in using statistical tools SAS/R/Python
6. Innovator with out-of-box thinking to provide analytical solutions to business problems
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Preferably with Banks/NBFCs/Fin-tech background
2. Preferably exposure to Corporate Banking SME / WC / BL/WB
3. Preferably Masters in Economics / Statistics /MBA from leading institutions, if no Post Graduation then B.Tech from leading institutions
