We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Microsoft End User Trainer who will be a contractor (or full time) for delivering Microsoft Power BI and Excel from a BUSINESS USERS perspective.
You should be an experienced Trainer who wants to work in a flexible and start-up environment. You should be well-versed and experienced in delivering Microsoft end user related training and desktop/Microsoft related products.
You MUST have a clear and impeccable Japanese language to communicate with our Japanese client and also a good command of English language.
Roles and Responsibilities
You should be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
You should be a Business User who knows Power BI and Excel and be able to deliver training to Business users (not just technical)
Should be a fluent Japanese speaker
You should be experienced delivering and assisting users with their Microsoft applications and desktop applications (Microsoft end user training)
You should be a fast learner to pick up a new application and train users in a short time
You should have knowledge of editing and creating your own PowerPoint slides for customised courses in English and Japanese.
Must be able to work in the Japan and also India time zones.
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Well articulated in Japanese / English to answer all questions by students undergoing training delivered by you
Professional and well mannered trainer
Ability to represent the Training brand well and maintain highest quality
No background noises or objects

Ability to learn a new product, prepare slides and deliver training in a short period of time
Strong motivator of students to keep the classroom alive
Be able to maintain self-motivation, work independently and with integrity
