Job Description:
Strong programming experience in Python development
- Must have expertise, at least 3 to 8 years of development in AWS Cloud includes Amazon S3, Athena , Glue (Glue is nice to have).
- Pyspark scripting – extracting data from source system (AWS S3, RDS, AWS Redshift)
- Hands on experience in handling different types of files using python e.g. CSV, Parquet, Jason
- Must have expertise in extracting data from different source systems like flat files, API sources, Big data appliances, RDBMS, etc., using python.
- Should have Basic understanding of DataModel, Relationships and Datawarehouse
- Must have experience with SQL (redshift preferred) queries. Should be good in SQL Analytical functions, experience participating in key business, architectural and technical decisions
- Should know redshift quires tuning, performance optimization, Locking mechanism.
- Basic understanding/working knowledge on UNIX/Linux platform
