- First-hand experience with deploying and maintaining deep learning systems and services in production at scale.
- Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
- Research and develop continual learning and personalization ML algorithms
- Innovate novel methods to improve AI on-device performance, model size and accuracy
- Develop state-of-the-art solutions for real-world problems through AI & ML with commercialization goals
- Have technical responsibility for one or more significant sections of the assigned project
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design
- Research existing research papers on Computer Vision & enhance existing Open-Source models.
- Managing the technical risks across different projects and empowering the team to achieve great results.
- Bringing in the technical expertise around the implementation of best coding standards and practices across the team.
- Good understanding of the architecture of Linux, QNX or any other modern embedded OS
- Ability to communicate design, status, and other complex subjects in written, visual, and oral formats
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Review code and design Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
- Integrate and validate new product designs
- Support software QA and optimize I/O performance
- Provide post production support
- Interface with hardware design and development
- Assess third party and open source software
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Must know how to leverage JIRA, GitLab for release management
