Job Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
3. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
4. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
5. Highly self-motivated and directed
6. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and validate the business needs of a stake-holder.
2. Collaborate with the Engineering team to determine the scope and vision
3. Work with stake-holders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
4. Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
5. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the engineering team.
6. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the engineering team.
7. Actively work with the Sales team on pre-sales proposal activities & high-level solutioning
8. Work with the Product Owner to define, prioritize requirements and accurately maintain requirements traceability.
