Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
MBA is an added advantage
4+ years in product management with good understanding of Retail and Omni channel processes.
eCommerce experience is a must plus Marketplace experience is an added advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
Should have been involved in ecommerce project implementation from delivery to DevOps focusing on backend services like payment, cart, checkout, freight, OMS etc.
Implementation of Ecom/Marketplace solution across different geographies will be a key consideration.
Good knowledge of e-com customer journeys, usability and research techniques
