Senior Analyst

Job Description:

• Strong Business Analysis experience and successful end to end project delivery
• Experience with the application of business analysis methodologies
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all audiences, including executive level
• CBAP and Agile certification would be an advantage
• Experience in Cloud solutions would be an advantage
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Development of Business Case and roadmap

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Ideally you would have worked with enterprise level organizations with proven experience successfully delivering large complex IT projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement experience.
• Detail-oriented and data driven mindset and aptitude for solving complex, unstructured problems involving multidimensional datasets.
• Experience in Requirements Management Tools, Knowledge Management Tools, Collaboration Tools, Visual Modeling Tools, Data Modeling Tools, and Automation Tools.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams at all levels including senior management.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide the efforts of small or large teams to successful project completion.
• Proficient in SQL.

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); experience in defining, designing, and implementing cloud solutions
• Experience working with Cloud Architects and rest of Cloud team to define and design an appropriate cloud strategy and solution
• Experience in identifying of micro-services based on features/modules
