We are looking for the candidate for the Business Analyst Position for one for the reputed MNC for Mumbai Location.
Experience 4 to 12 years

Roles and Responsibility:
- Should be working as Business Analyst for managing products/applications catering to equity data collection.
- Should be working on Requirement gathering, Project roadmap & documenting.
- Should have knowledge of SW Development processes
- Demonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow-up, expedition, and resolution.
- Should able to understand roles, responsibilities, and expertise of internal stakeholders (developers, quality assurance analysts, data analysts, product development managers, project managers/agile /scrum masters) in order to expedite issue resolution.
Requirements
- Should have excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Should have Experience with any JIRA, Confluence and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
