Roles and Responsibilities
Leverage Advanced analytics to deliver results in 3 major areas
Client – Client Lifecycle Management – deploy analytical/ AI assets to maximise client activation,
engagement, cross-sell and retention via NBO & NBA frameworks. Develop framework for
maximizing client lifetime value
Employee – Enhancing productivity using predictive and prescriptive models to guide employees
on what to offer – when – to whom
Strategic decision making from Product development to business opportunity / potential sizing as
well as assisting in new product / program launches. Work with internal & external consultants to
support strategic projects
2. Build analytical delivery capabilities
By attracting and developing talent – managing and retaining a high quality analytics experts –
including Business Analysts, Modellers, Data Engineers, Database
Identifying and developing an external analytical partner/vendor ecosystem
3. Management analysis, reports, MIS and dashboards
Evangelise democratisation of data and analytics by promoting use of data in decision making
Ensure quality and timely delivery of management MIS / reports as well as descriptive analysis
Leverage tools like PowerBI / SAS VA / SSRS for automating and visualising information leading to
actionable insights for users
4. Stakeholder management and inter-team collaboration
5. Model and data governance
Owner of the consumer data mart – manage updation, integrity and security
Ensure client data privacy
Establish a framework for model evaluation and governance
