Job Location: Noida
The Associate Data Analyst will be responsible for the monthly update of files used in performing variance. The person will also work on transitioning some of the reports that sit in Ms Excel into Power BI reports, so the reports are more widely accessible.
This role will offer support to the Business Manager and Associate Business Manager, within the team
How you will make an impact:
Transition cost analysis reports from Ms Excel into Power BI.
Monthly update of cost report with SAP data.
Produce first level analysis of cost performance, versus plan and prior year.
Relevant financial reports are easily accessible by team.
Improved understanding of financial performance and reasons for variances; improved ability to take corrective action
Monthly variance explanations are provided on time.
Who we are looking for:
Graduate in any stream. Having 2-3years of experience in Data Analytics.
Data analytics and creation of Power BI reports
Ability to interpret financial information and offer basic insights based on analytics and evidence.
Knowledge of variance analysis.
Proficient in Excel Power BI
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Knowledge of accounting finance technicalities.
Knowledge of journal publishing industry, operations, structures, roles, and requirements
