Direct Responsibilities;

Able to analyze huge data and identify any functional gaps (based on data quality exceptions generated through

Tools related to Banking domains i.e. Client management, corporate banking, etc.

Perform root cause analysis on these functional gaps, conduct / organize sessions with SME s to discuss / brainstorm these gaps and present these functional gaps in a summarized manner to Domain SME s

Work extensively with the Referential Management Office on identified data quality and reconciliation issues.

Work on identifying issues on the data used in AXIOM related to regulatory reports and propose overrides

Hands on SQL so to investigate data issues.

Write simple and medium complex SQL queries to extract data from database for data analysis.

Contributing Responsibilities;

Monthly reconciliation of data quality issues and status report to Management.

Create SOP s, perform knowledge transfer and cross training for proper backup in team

Technical Behavioral Competencies

Proficient in MS Office applications; MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.

Advanced Excel skills

Be able to write queries in SQL.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Bachelor s Degree or MBA Finance along with 3 + years of experience in any of the

below:-

Data Analysis in a financial institution.

Data management area related to client management

Knowledge and understanding of Entity Reference data
