Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have a good understanding of US Healthcare concepts such as Medicare and Medicaid services.
• Experience in analyzing healthcare claims data
• Proficient use of IT systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (user stories, activity diagrams, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using various tools (i.e., Visio, Wire framing tools (Balsamiq), data modeling tools, etc.)
• Working with the team through collective brainstorming sessions and developing new solutions that are subsequently made sellable.
• Possess significant experience in clinical and or healthcare claims data, healthcare reforms programs and claims (medical & Rx) data coming from Payers, CMS, Health plans, PBMs
• Understand client needs and business objectives and present findings in an easy-to-understand way.
• Hands-on-experience in end-to-end execution of Remote Patient Monitoring/Digital Health/e-prescription/telemedicine projects including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development testing and documentation.
• Ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines and interact with individuals at different levels within the organization.
